Option #2: Full, Customized Itinerary

$299 – Up to 5 planned days in Barcelona (arrival and departure days included) / $49 per additional day

This is for travelers who want Barcelona thoughtfully designed for them. You’ll get a realistic itinerary based on your personal preferences

What you’ll get

✔ One 30-minute Zoom consultation to refine your pace, priorities, and preferences before drafting your itinerary

✔ A fully tailored, day-by-day itinerary (delivered as both PDF and Google Doc), structured around your actual travel dates, with direct booking links where needed

✔ Curated restaurant and attraction recommendations placed intentionally within each day’s flow

✔ Up to two curated hotel suggestions aligned with your preferred neighborhood and budget (if accommodations are not yet booked)

✔ Clear timing and directional guidance so your days move smoothly and logically

✔ A personalized Google Map with all recommendations pinned, including suggested walking routes and neighborhood groupings

✔ A short private video walkthrough of your custom Google Map, so you understand not just where to go but why

✔ One refinement round to adjust pacing or swap minor elements

✔ Delivered within five business days following our Zoom call

How It Works

3. After reviewing your form, I’ll send you a scheduling link based on my availability (Barcelona time).
4. I create a bespoke itinerary, delivered within 5 business days after our Zoom call.
5. You may request one round of minor adjustments within 5 days of delivery.

Refund & Revision Policy

Custom itineraries are non-refundable once the planning call has occurred.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your itinerary, please reach out within the included revision window and I’ll gladly address them within the agreed scope.

One round of minor refinements is included within five business days of delivery. Minor adjustments include swapping restaurants, adjusting pacing, or replacing one attraction with another. Structural changes or date changes require additional planning fees.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
