Latitude 41 offers digital travel advisory services, including:

• Custom Itinerary ($299 and additional day pricing where applicable)
All services are digital advisory services and do not include booking management unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Service Limitation
Paid itinerary planning services are currently offered to customers residing outside the European Union.
Latitude 41 reserves the right to decline service based on residency or location.
8. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Payment is required in full before services begin.
9. Refund Policy
$49 – Ask Me 5 Questions
This service is non-refundable once delivered.
Upgrade credit toward the $299 custom itinerary is valid within 7 calendar days of purchase.
$299 – Custom Itinerary
Custom itineraries are non-refundable once the planning call has occurred.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled planning call are non-refundable.
10. Revisions & Scope
Custom itinerary services include:
• One round of minor refinements within five business days of delivery.
Minor refinements may include:
• Small timing adjustments
• Restaurant swaps within the same area
• Clarifications
Significant changes outside the agreed scope, including restructuring multiple days or adding new neighborhoods, may require an additional planning fee.
If no refinement requests are received within five business days of delivery, the itinerary is considered final.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
11. Limitation of Liability
Latitude 41 provides advisory and planning services only.
We are not responsible for:
• Changes made by third-party providers
• Cancellations, closures, or service modifications
• Accidents, delays, or disruptions
• Personal decisions made based on recommendations
All travel decisions are made at your own discretion.
12. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
